I heard some news from a friend of mine
친구에게 몇가지 소식을 들었어
Struggling with the woes of life
삶의 고통으로 힘들어 하는
Just broken down as rain kept steady pouring
계속해서 퍼붓는 비처럼 단지 고장나버린

We questioned and we philsophized
우리는 물었고, 생각했어
But the only truth that we surmised
우리가 예측한 단 하나의 진실은
Is rain will fall so the rose
비가 내려야 장미도
will keep on growing
계속해서 클 수 있다는 거야
Sometimes it's hard to understand
때론 이해하기가 어려워
How fate can deal with such a heavy hand
어떻게 운명이 이런 무거운 일을 다룰 수 있는지

But in the end You're gonna find that strength that lies within

Now I know a woman so abused
난 학대를 당한 여자를 알고 있어
By the hands and words her husband used

Till the day would come when  she could take no more
그녀가 더 이상 견디지 못할 날이 올때까지

With two little girls she was left to feed
그녀는 어린 두 딸들과 함께 남겨졌지
She taught them strength and self-esteem
그녀는 아이들에게 힘과 자존감을 가르쳐줬어
Now she's an inspiration to everyone she meets
이제, 그녀는 만나는 모든 사람들에게 영감이 되어주었어

I know that life has a funny way of bringing out the best by bringing on the pain
난 삶은 고통을 가져다 줌으로써 가장 최고의 것을 가져다 주는 재밌는 방법이라는 것을 알고 있어

조그만 사랑이 널 다시 돌려 놓을 거야

모든 답은 바람에 적혀있을거야
