Knockin' on Heaven's Door ...
1998년 한국에도 개봉된 바 있는 영화의 제목이기도 하다
밥 딜런의 70년대 곡이며 ...현대의 문명과 전쟁에 죽음을
당하는 인간의 비극을 암시하고 있는 노래로
아마도 영화가 이곡에서 모티브를 얻어 제작된듯...
실제로 마지막 엔딩 자막과 동시에 이곡이 흘러 나온다고 ...
물론 밥 딜런의 원곡이...
사실 원곡만한 리메이크곡은 존재하지 않는다고들 하지만
밥 딜런의 원곡은 그동안 발표 되었던 여러 많은
리메이크곡들에 비해 재미는 좀 덜하다.
Guns N' Roses(1991), Eric Clapton(1982),
Grateful Dead(1988)등등이 있는데...
특히 여기 소개하는 Guns N' Roses ...
미국 출신 5인조 락 밴드이며
이 친구들이 곡을 완벽하게 자신들의 세계로 들여 놓았다.
